Zinq Terms of Service

1. About Zinq

Zinq is a social connection app operated by 16425640 Canada Inc. By creating an account or using Zinq, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Your Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use Zinq. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support — all your data will be permanently removed.

3. Your Content

You own your content. Zinq does not claim ownership of any vibes, diary entries, photos, videos, or voice notes you create. You grant Zinq a limited license to store and deliver your content to your intended recipients.

Vibes are ephemeral by design — they expire after a set period (typically 24 hours). Diary entries are private and visible only to you unless you explicitly share them.

4. AI Agents — Important Disclaimers

Zinq includes AI-powered agents (Wellness Coach, Fitness Trainer, Clinical Dietician, Finance Manager, and others). These agents are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice.

Specifically:

• The Wellness Coach is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist. It does not provide therapy, diagnoses, or mental health treatment.
• The Fitness Trainer is NOT a certified personal trainer or physician. It does not provide medical clearance for exercise.
• The Clinical Dietician is NOT a licensed dietitian or doctor. It does not prescribe diets, diagnose eating disorders, or provide medical nutrition therapy.
• The Finance Manager is NOT a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or fiduciary. It does not provide investment advice, tax advice, or financial planning.
• No AI agent on Zinq provides legal advice of any kind.

If you are experiencing a medical, mental health, or financial emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Zinq to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Share illegal content or content that exploits minors
• Impersonate other people or entities
• Spam, send unsolicited messages, or abuse the invite system
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Zinq's systems

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Connections

Zinq is built on consent. Every connection requires mutual agreement — there are no unsolicited friend requests, no algorithmic suggestions, and no cold contacts. You control who you connect with and which identity (Zone) you share.

7. Intellectual Property

Zinq, including its design, code, AI agents, and branding, is the property of 16425640 Canada Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Zinq without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Zinq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to reliance on AI agent outputs, loss of data, or service interruptions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Zinq after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. SMS Terms

Zinq may send SMS messages for invitations and verification. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out. Text HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
